Two Movements for Instruments (2024)

This piece was written for the Composers’ Ensemble at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University. It was premiered at the Ensemble’s first concert of the Spring 2024 semester in Griswold Hall. The performers were Daniel Hagenbuch (violin), Aaron Zimmer (trumpet), Zixuan Chen and Antonio Sanz Escallón (piano four-hands). The two movements are Hommage á la princesse Margaret and Hommage á Argos.
